We have had the pleasure of using Paul as our real estate agent for three house purchases and two house sales in central Austin. Paul was our buyers' agent on the very first house that we purchased, which was a very positive experience from beginning to end. Years later, Paul helped us buy an investment property that ended up being very profitable. We found Paul through a friend, who bought their first home with him. They were unequivocal in suggesting him, and now we know why. This was our first home and Paul worked extremely hard to make sure we ended up in the right place at the right price. First, a bit about looking at houses with Paul: he loves, loves to go on the hunt with you. Some realtors are looking at their phone/watch, but not Paul. Paul is great and deserves all of his great reviews. We were referred to Paul from friends when were "casually" looking at houses for our first home purchase. Paul understood our needs innately, and was super responsive from the moment I contacted him. Still, he did not pressure us at all, which was great. One night I emailed him with what looked like a dream home - and an impossible chance. The next night we put in an offer and he helped us transition through the whole crazy process with ease. Moving to Austin almost 8 years ago, I wasn't sure who to go to when I wanted to buy a home. Add to that, I wasn't sure what kind of home I wanted to buy to begin with. Luckily I was introduced to Paul who not only helped me get a great home in a great part of town, but he was extremely patient and made the home buying experience smooth.
