School's almost out. Summer is just around the corner. And there are so many great things to do in Austin right now. This isn't a comprehensive list by any means, but here are some of our top picks of things to explore in Austin this May.
Go see The Merry Wives of Windsor at the Zilker HIllside Theater

Enjoy starry nights at Zilker Park and be delighted with this classic (and free!) take on Shakespeare's famous comedy done in a 1950's sitcom style. Don't forget to bring blankets, low chairs, and a picnic to enjoy Austin Shakespeare's production on the grassy hillside.

Journey to Never Never Land as the Ballet Austin Presents Peter Pan at the Long Center for the Performing Arts

Move your body at The Color Run
May 19 at 9 AM
A fun run like no other! Get ready to be doused in a beautiful rainbow of colors as you run in this kid-friendly run. Walk, run, cartwheel or dance your way to the finish line and get your Unicorn Medal. And the fun doesn't end at the finish line as there will be music hosted by a DJ, dancing, and Foam Blaster.
