Austin's real estate market is cyclical.  And as we learned in Episode 001, we are beginning to see the typical seasonal slow down.  Because of that, we recommend that Central Austin sellers hold off on selling until late February or early March -- if you can -- when there is more buyer interest and homes typically sell for more.
